Our short listing process is very stringent and includes reviewing aspects of the potential hires background -i.e. skills, motivation, aspirations, salary availability and mobility. Only when we have identified the right people will we present a targeted short list with comments and our reasons for presentation. We will then closely manage the entire process from interview briefing and feedback through to offer negotiation and start date.
